Delivery Delays
Shipping timelines may vary during bank/public holidays and peak periods. While we always strive to deliver on time, Louzan cannot be held responsible for delays caused by courier-related matters, severe weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond our control (Act of Allah).
Product Image, Color & Price Policy
At Louzan, we take great care to ensure that product images, colors, and prices are displayed as accurately as possible. However, minor variations or technical errors may occur. In such cases, Louzan reserves the right to Restrict or cancel delivery if an issue is identified with the product image, color, or price.

Free shipping is available on orders above AED 100 within the UAE only.
- Other Countries
Free shipping is available on orders above $ 450.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns/Exchange Eligibility For UAE & International Orders
✅Ready Goods: Eligible for Return & Exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
✅Customized Orders: Eligible for return within 14 days, but not eligible for exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused / unworn
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable on all return orders.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team and share your order number along with the reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in certain cases.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items complaint and suggestion
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with clear photos within 48 hours days of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons or specific product restrictions. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.
