Louzan Group is a diversified group of companies operating across multiple sectors within the world of Arabic fashion and lifestyle, with a strong emphasis on preserving and celebrating authentic Arabic culture.
The journey of Louzan Group began in the UAE market in August 2003, starting with a single showroom in Al Ain, operating under the name “High Lady Sheila & Abaya.” At that time, the business focused on the manufacturing and retail of ladies’ abayas, supported by a modest yet dedicated team of three showroom employees and six workshop artisans.
By October 2003, driven by the vision and determination of its Board Members, the Group successfully introduced its first luxury brand, “Louzan Sheila & Abaya,” continuing the same core activities while elevating quality, craftsmanship, and brand positioning.

The Meaning Behind the Name “Louzan”
The name Louzan is inspired by Lausanne, a historic city located in the canton of Vaud, Switzerland. Renowned for its medieval hills, cultural museums, and centuries-old institutions of fine arts and sciences, Lausanne is distinguished by its natural beauty and deep respect for tradition.
Choosing the name Louzan symbolizes the Group’s philosophy: preserving traditional values while seamlessly integrating them with modern fashion, innovation, and development. This balance has remained central to the brand’s identity and growth strategy, enabling Louzan to stand out in both local and international markets.
Growth and Expansion
With a clear vision for expansion and excellence, Louzan Group continued to evolve steadily. In May 2005, the Group achieved a major milestone with the opening of its first manufacturing factory in Al Ain, marking a significant step toward operational independence, scalability, and enhanced customer service.
Despite ongoing business challenges and fluctuating economic conditions across local and global markets, Louzan Group consistently demonstrated resilience and adaptability. The Group successfully strengthened its creative direction, introducing contemporary Arabic fashion and lifestyle concepts that resonated strongly with its valued customers.
Brand Diversification
In June 2015, Louzan Group further expanded its portfolio with the launch of “Cavallo Collection,” a luxury international fashion brand inspired by Arabic culture and designed to deliver added value and distinctive elegance to customers.
Following strong market acceptance, the Group expanded Cavallo Collection across multiple locations throughout the UAE. The brand portfolio was further enriched by introducing new categories, including perfumes, accessories, and food & beverage concepts, enabling the Group to offer a holistic lifestyle experience supported by exceptional customer service.
